Product Manager

Smartling, a leader in using artificial intelligence for translation services, is seeking an experienced Product Manager. You will drive the development of the Smartling platform by working closely with customers and internal teams.

Skills

  • 3+ years of product management or project leadership experience
  • Technical experience with data tools (e.g., Looker, MySQL)
  • Understanding of file types like JSON, XML, HTML
  • Product design and SaaS User Experience knowledge
  • Effective communication with stakeholders and teams
  • Ability to investigate user problems and translate them into actionable themes
  • Prioritization and feature definition experience with development teams

Responsibilities

  • Driving the product vision and delivering user-friendly features
  • Engaging with customers and stakeholders to inform the roadmap
  • Defining and finalizing feature requirements with engineers and designers
  • Owning and executing on the product roadmap aligned to company strategy
  • Prioritizing features and validating feedback to achieve the vision
  • Supporting customer success and training teams with communication material development
  • Staying updated with competitor tools and offerings
