Vice President, Investor Relations
SmartRent, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Investor Relations to lead the planning, development, and execution of a comprehensive investor relations program. The ideal candidate will have a strong executive presence, excellent communication skills, and extensive experience in investor relations, finance, or investment banking.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High energy, proactive, creative, and organized
- Ability to quickly grasp and respond to high-level questions
- Understanding of public SEC reporting and regulations
Responsibilities
- Develop an Investor Relations strategy to enhance shareholder value
- Lead the earnings preparation process and preparation of supporting materials
- Design a communication strategy for external and internal audiences
- Act as primary point of contact for analysts and investors
- Advise the executive team and board of directors on financial trends
- Manage the company's IR website and IR contact database
- Lead planning and messaging for company-hosted IR events
- Benchmark and analyze financial data points for the company
Education
- MBA or Masters’ degree in Business, Finance or Economics preferred
