Customer Success Manager

Smartsheet is looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage a part of its Commercial team accounts, promote customer satisfaction, successful product use, and retention.

Skills

Account management experience with SaaS software
Outstanding task management skills
Passion for web-based technologies
Ability to explain technical subjects to non-technical end-users
Building trust by understanding customer requirements

Responsibilities

Work with midmarket and enterprise customers
Perform initial onboarding of accounts
Implement engagement and communications strategies
Provide guidance on project management and collaboration
Perform customer success reviews
Develop tools and best practices
Use usage patterns to gain insights
Manage and resolve important situations
Share customer insights with Sales and Professional Services teams
Provide expert customer insight to product management, marketing, and sales

Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
