Customer Success Manager

Smartsheet is looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage a part of its Commercial team accounts, promote customer satisfaction, successful product use, and retention.

Skills

  • Account management experience with SaaS software
  • Outstanding task management skills
  • Passion for web-based technologies
  • Ability to explain technical subjects to non-technical end-users
  • Building trust by understanding customer requirements

Responsibilities

  • Work with midmarket and enterprise customers
  • Perform initial onboarding of accounts
  • Implement engagement and communications strategies
  • Provide guidance on project management and collaboration
  • Perform customer success reviews
  • Develop tools and best practices
  • Use usage patterns to gain insights
  • Manage and resolve important situations
  • Share customer insights with Sales and Professional Services teams
  • Provide expert customer insight to product management, marketing, and sales

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
