Customer Success Manager II, Select
Smartsheet is looking for a Customer Success Manager II to manage a set of large enterprise accounts, driving customer satisfaction, engagement, adoption, retention, and growth.

Responsibilities
- Perform onboarding of accounts with enterprise customers
- Develop territory plans to maximize customer satisfaction and retention
- Execute data-driven enablement strategy

- Perform periodic customer success reviews
- Implement and share best practices
Education
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
