Customer Success Manager II, Strategic

Smartsheet is looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage a set of large strategic accounts and improve customer satisfaction, application engagement, customer retention, and growth. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience, the ability to explain technical subjects to non-technical personnel in large enterprises, and a passion for working with leading-edge technologies.

Responsibilities

Perform initial onboarding of accounts with enterprise-level customers
Partner with a cross-functional account team to develop a territory plan
Develop and execute a data-driven enablement strategy
Be the Smartsheet expert providing guidance to customers
Perform periodic customer success reviews
Implement and share best practices
Provide expert customer insight to Product Management, Marketing, and Sales

Education

Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
