Customer Success Manager II, Strategic

Smartsheet is looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage a set of large strategic accounts and improve customer satisfaction, application engagement, customer retention, and growth. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience, the ability to explain technical subjects to non-technical personnel in large enterprises, and a passion for working with leading-edge technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Perform initial onboarding of accounts with enterprise-level customers
  • Partner with a cross-functional account team to develop a territory plan
  • Develop and execute a data-driven enablement strategy
  • Be the Smartsheet expert providing guidance to customers
  • Perform periodic customer success reviews
  • Implement and share best practices
  • Provide expert customer insight to Product Management, Marketing, and Sales

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
