Responsibilities

Negotiate, draft, and review commercial agreements
Provide strategic and practical legal advice to sales and other departments
Collaborate with all members of the legal team
Contribute to the continuous improvement of document templates
Deliver training and guidance to employees on legal issues
Support general business operations

Education

JD from an accredited law school
Active member of a state bar
