Specific Objectives

• Support the Technical Support Engineers (TSE) to improve existing Best Available Troubleshooting (BAT) tools with their NodeJS abilities
• Support the modification and creation of Python rules (as needed), to support the real time monitoring of system data for potential failures
• Modify and create scripts for data collection
