Machine Learning (Pre-Sales) Solutions Engineer

Snorkel AI is looking for a Machine Learning (Pre-Sales) Solutions Engineer to join their fast-growing GTM team. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing value-based evaluation scenarios to aid in closing business.

Skills

Expertise in modern machine learning frameworks and technologies (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow, transformers)
Fluency in Python scripting
Outstanding presentation skills to technical and executive audiences
Ability to connect customer business problems to Snorkel's differentiated platform

Responsibilities

Own the technical aspects of the sales cycle by leading tailored technology evaluation processes aligned with business value
Serve as an expert educator on the Snorkel Flow Platform, building demos and presentations for customers and field experts
Act as the primary customer-facing technical resource during meetings and technology evaluations, engaging with all levels in the organization
Provide guidance on AI strategy and best practices, collaborating with sales leadership to meet quota targets while ensuring successful customer hand-off
Interpret complex problems, create solutions, and collaborate closely to deliver winning solutions that accelerate critical business outcomes with AI

Education

University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields preferred
