Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with ASM local account team and customers to
  • Gain a complete understanding of all
      • customer requirements on product quality and supplier quality KPI matrix for ASM
      • ASM on-going quality related quality performance measure and issues for products (RD, Pilot and HVM), installation and service at the customer site
  • Be the single point of contact of ASM quality for all customer teams (One Voice)
    • Equipment install quality control
    • Incident management for non-conformance
    • Receiving quality improvement requests from the customer
    • Prioritizing customer requests with requirements well aligned with customers
    • Updating and delivering status, results and reports to the customer
    • Protecting ASM’s quality image to customers

  • Represent customers to internal teams (Manufacturing quality, Supplier Development and Quality, Engineering, and Service) by
  • Bringing customer quality requirements to ASM (voice of the customer)
  • Driving internal quality improvement programs

Qualifications

  • Semiconductor Process Equipment experience. 5+ years for Sr. Engineer.
  • Bachelor of Science or Engineering is required
  • Self-driven individual. Excellent communication skills.
  • Expertise in SPC, FA and DOE preferred.
