Senior Accountant, Commissions

Snyk, a developer security platform, is seeking a Senior Accountant, Commissions to join their Finance team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the commission cycle process, supporting various financial initiatives and fostering collaboration across teams.

Skills

Bachelor's Degree in a related field
3+ years experience in supporting global sales commissions calculation cycle
Conceptual understanding of GAAP accounting rules
Strong cross-team relationship building skills
Bias for action and continuous improvement mindset

Responsibilities

Perform global sales commissions calculations and related analysis
Ensure accurate recording of sales commissions under U.S. GAAP
Own data integrity and system administrative responsibilities for Sales Incentive Management software
Work on process improvements, data analysis, and report building
Partner with Finance & Sales Operations on comp structures and maintain commission reporting

Education

Bachelor's Degree in a related field
