Snyk is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Success Manager to drive customer engagement and satisfaction through effective adoption of the Snyk Platform in their security workflows.

Skills

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrating a vision and strategy for customer’s adoption and value realization.
  • Building trusted relationships with customer engineering and security leaders.
  • Designing onboarding programs to meet customer goals.
  • Mobilizing resources to enhance product adoption.
  • Preparing and facilitating business review meetings and training sessions.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
