Snyk is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Success Manager to drive customer engagement and satisfaction through effective adoption of the Snyk Platform in their security workflows.

Responsibilities

Orchestrating a vision and strategy for customer’s adoption and value realization.
Building trusted relationships with customer engineering and security leaders.
Designing onboarding programs to meet customer goals.
Mobilizing resources to enhance product adoption.
Preparing and facilitating business review meetings and training sessions.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
