We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social and Influencer Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing thumb stopping social media and influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and revenue. The ideal candidate should be passionate about beauty and wellness, have a strong understanding of social media and influencer marketing trends and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Role & Responsibilities

In partnership with Director of Social, build and execute a strong social and influencer strategy driving brand awareness, community growth, meaningful engagement, and overall brand storytelling
- Manage monthly social calendar across priority platforms such as Instagram and TikTok inclusive of writing captions and publishing content
- Support in the content development for owned social channels, briefing internal creative teams, UGC creators and influencers
- Build and nurture a strong community by actively engaging with fans, influencers, and brand partners
- Research and pitch relevant, on-brand influencers, ensuring all new partnerships align with our brand and community, as well as support our brand marketing efforts
- Serve as a brand connection point to build strong and deep relationships with our influencers, supporting in outreach, contract negotiations, content briefing and invoice/billing
- Partner with cross functionals to ensure top performing content are considered for additional owned channels
- Track and analyze content performance and social sentiment reporting using tools such as Dash Hudson, Tribe Dynamics, and Instagram & Tiktok Analytics
- Stay up to date with the latest social media and influencer marketing trends and best practices and identify opportunities to innovate and improve the brand's strategies.
Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in social media and influencer marketing in the beauty or health/wellness industry
- A deep understanding of the social media and influencer landscape
- Proven experience in building and managing successful influencer marketing campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and editing
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret social media and influencer marketing metrics
- Passion for beauty and health/wellness, and keeping up-to-date with the industry trends
- Experience working with social calendarization, analytics, and listening tools like Smart Sheets, Dash Hudson and Tribe Dynamics is a plus
