Job Description:

As a Social Advertising Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all social media advertising campaigns for our clients. You will be responsible for managing a team of social media advertising specialists and ensuring that all campaigns are executed efficiently, effectively, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns for clients across various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.

Collaborate with clients to understand their advertising goals, target audience, and budget to develop effective advertising strategies.

Oversee the creation and implementation of advertising campaigns, including setting up ad accounts, creating ad creatives, and monitoring ad performance.

Ensure that all campaigns are executed on time and within budget.

Analyze ad performance data and adjust campaigns as needed to optimize for better results.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, keeping them informed of campaign performance and recommending improvements to meet their advertising goals.

Manage a team of social media advertising specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development and success.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in social media advertising, with a proven track record of managing successful advertising campaigns across various social media platforms.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize ad campaigns.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.

Experience managing a team of advertising specialists and overseeing the execution of multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Proficiency in social media advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.

A strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
