Are you the one?

We are lookinf for a person who increases Jeff and verticals brands awareness, recognition and engagement.

What will you do?

  • Set, plan and implement social media strategies.
  • Work with the marketing team to get an understanding of the variety of targets and then develop content strategies accordingly.
  • Lead social media team and align tasks with the company's OKRs.
  • Accountable for Jeff’s and verticals social media profiles.
  • Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Build a relationship with our partners community through social media and keep them engaged.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
  • Monitor, track and report social media platforms using key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Find new marketing and outreach opportunities to push brand image and services.
  • Participate in social events, corporate events and workshops.
  • Ensure alignment with the brands/verticals tone of voice and styles.
  • Collaborating with communication, design and marketing teams to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.
  • Accountable for keeping Jeff’s platforms always updated ensuring that company strategy, vision and values are clear and fully projected.
  • Always looking for opportunities to improve our processes in order to maximize effectivity and efficiency in our internal flows.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven work experience as a community manager or social media lead.
  • Social media and content marketing experience
  • Proficient in word processing applications, spreadsheets, presentation software and social media management tools.
  • Good judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative team player
  • Results-driven
  • Proactive problem-solver
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish


Skills:

  • Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program or influencers campaigns).
  • Strategic thinking.
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management for brands.
  • Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to analyze the results of communication campaigns and propose better ones on the fly to obtain better results.
