The Opportunity:

Look no further! FE International is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the development and implementation of our digital marketing initiatives.
In this role, you will leverage your strong financial background to develop a comprehensive social media strategy for FE International and our CEO, while also managing the company's website content and overall digital marketing efforts. Responsibilities:
- Post, respond and engage in discussion on behalf of the CEO, Executive Chairman, and the FE brand across all social channels: Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and others;
- Collaborate with the CEO to develop monthly social media initiatives, present new campaign ideas, and discuss challenges and opportunities for improvement with senior management;
- Create and schedule engaging content on various social media platforms, respond to comments and messages, and ensure that all materials align with the company's branding and messaging.
- Distribute existing FE content across social media platforms, helping drive traffic to our website (a new one is coming soon);
- Establish brand voice and messaging on social media: Create a consistent tone and style of communication across all social media platforms that aligns with the company's branding and messaging;
- Create shareable social media posts to increase reach and visibility: Develop and schedule regular social media posts that followers will want to share with their own networks, in order to increase the company's reach and visibility;
- Help to identify commercial opportunities on social media such as leads, interviews and PR;
- Monitor company social media accounts, track engagement metrics using tools like Google Analytics, and provide detailed reports on social media performance;
- Create engaging and meaningful content;
- Make sure the content on the website is up to date and engaging;
- Use data to drive your decisions.
Required Skills:
- Analyse and report on social media presence and engagement across platforms:
- Manage social media presence and content on multiple platforms:
- Use data and metrics to measure social media effectiveness: Utilize social media management software to track social media campaigns, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance;
- Support new business development through social media proposals and pitches: Collaborate with the sales team to create proposals for potential clients and participate in meetings and presentations to discuss the company's social media capabilities and services;
- Collaborate with other teams to align social media efforts with broader goals; and
- Regularly review and update the company's social media profiles, experiment with new features and tools, and stay up-to-date on best practices for social media optimization.
Experience and Education:
- 5+ years of employment in a social media role, with proven engagement, growth and campaign results or 5+ years working for a financial institution with a probable appreciation for social media.
- Experience growing a social account organically.
- Ability to maintain sense of urgency throughout the workday.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or InDesign is a plus.
- You must have a bachelor’s degree.
- Able to do copy writing around M&A and financial terminology.
