Katchin is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead influencer marketing and organic social globally for our growing brand.
Social Implementation
-
Own the scheduling, posting, and copywriting for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok

Develop and execute all Google Analytics organic link tags for all organic social channels

Manage daily social engagement with followers and community
Social Ideation and Strategy

Develop social media content strategy and maintain editorial calendar in support of seasonal marketing strategies

Partner with the media team to define and execute strategies to support our paid and organic social objectives.

Build creative briefs, including influencer and internal creative content, as needed

Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams, local teams, and customer care partners to regularly optimize and refine social strategy and content
Social Media Analytics + Campaign Recaps

Define appropriate KPIs and measure the impact of all campaigns

Partner with Social Agency of Record on paid social and influencer reporting

Leverage insights and learnings for campaign optimization
Influencer + Content Creation Strategy

Oversee seasonal influencer and content creator plans.

Manage user generated content moderation
Additional Responsibilities

Provide ongoing counsel on social best practices and tactics that align with brand objectives/goals and overall business

Monitor customer engagement and identify new ways to activate participation and feedback.

Participate in regional and brand marketing meetings/ check-ins, as needed
