The Role: Social Sales Development Representative

Yes, this is a sales job…but not your average sales job. In addition to non-stop learning, you will have the unique opportunity to work on a team that is redefining what modern day sales looks like; in this job you will be challenged to create your own pipeline by hunting down your own leads and deals. Unlike other sales teams and channels, on this team you are the driver of your own success; an entrepreneur of sorts WITHIN a company.

You are passionate about helping others, and great at building and maintaining relationships. You are self-motivated and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-moving environment. You are a team player and goal-oriented. You are a risk-taker and not afraid to break the rules in order to prove something you believe in. You consider yourself a people-person and will be able to connect with Pros and convey why using Housecall Pro will help them get to a better life. You've got amazing communication skills and know how to slide into someone's DMs. You are energized by being held accountable for and exceeding your weekly sales goals. An entrepreneurial mindset is the backbone for this position. Waking up each day to the hustle; you won't be bored!

What you do each day:

  • Hunt down your own leads and deals across multiple social media platforms
  • Sell the vision of Housecall Pro to prospective customers through direct messages, calls, texts and emails
  • Set demo appointments for Pros with our Enrollment Specialists
  • Continuously find and join new online communities that cater to Pros

Compensation:

$55,000 / year (38,500 base) + uncapped earning potential

Schedule:

Ability to work full time (40 hrs/week) with an 8 hour shift, ranging within 5am-7pm local time. Ability to work at least one Saturday per month.

Qualifications:

  • Must be self-motivated, passionate, coachable, relentlessly resourceful, resilient, and able to multitask
  • 1+ years sales experience
  • Ability to handle customer relationship management, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • A naturally curious, driven and dynamic team player with "hunter" mentality
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills

Location Dependent Information

This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $18.51-$26.44 /hour. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro's benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits. Housecall Pro is growing fast and we're scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth.
