Returning UsersLog Back InUnit DescriptionSodexo Live!'s Airport Lounge Segment has an exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef to support the team at the American Express Centurion Lounge at Los Angeles International Airport. We are looking for a chef with prior culinary supervisory/management skills and hands-on food production experience to join our growing team. Sodexo will be operating and managing this exclusive, luxury airport lounge. The lounge will offer top--tier amenities and expanded premium food and beverage offerings to it's elite guests. Position reports to the Executive Chef.The successful candidate will:• be responsible for purchasing, menu/recipe compliance, inventory, food production forecasting, hands-on cooking;• supervision of large-scale batch cooking;• ensure Sodexo culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented;• have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations;• ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance; and/or• have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems.Is this opportunity right for you?
