The role
As the Global Compensation Structures and Analytics Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping SoFi Technologies’ competitive compensation strategy to attract, retain, and motivate top talent globally. You will be responsible for using expert knowledge, technology, and data-driven insights to ensure we deliver global compensation structures that are market competitive and aligned with our compensation philosophy. You also will lead our compensation data and analytics strategy, ensuring business leaders and cross-functional partners have access to compensation tools and insights that foster informed compensation decisions.
