The role
The Business Operations Analyst will be an integral member of both the Analytics and Contact Center Ops teams. They will provide research, reporting, and modeling to develop and interpret information to drive operational choices, policy/procedure formation, growth management, and other managerial functions. In addition to sound analytical skills, this person will need exceptional communication skills and relationship skills in order to turn ideas into reality.
What you’ll do:
• Develop and interpret information that assists management with conclusions, policy formulation, management of growth projections, and other managerial functions
• Analyze data from various sources to compile a comprehensive picture of the overall business operational performance using visualization tools
• Develop periodic reports on a wide range of strategic and tactical research
• Develop recommendations and prepare written and oral presentations to senior management
• Ensure adequacy and accuracy of reporting by applying business knowledge and data investigation
• Define specifications for reporting and partner with the Engineering team to develop or improve performance-measuring capabilities
• Develop performance measurements and analytical tools to improve operations
• Project leadership and involvement
What you’ll need:
• 2-5 years’ experience in an operational analyst position or equivalent
• BA/BS Degree required
• Demonstrated Leadership skills
• Excellent data & root cause research
• Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tool
• Proficient with SQL and Tableau
• Ability to provide clear and concise feedback
• Must have stellar written, oral, and visual communication skills for executive-level communications
• Ability to work in a very fast-paced, dynamic, and sometimes ambiguous environment
• Ability to meet deliverables under tight deadlines
• High attention to detail
• Proven experience analyzing, interpreting, and summarizing complex data as it relates to financial services
• Experience preparing and presenting reports, forecasts, trends, and recommendations to the team and senior management
Nice to have:
• Experience with financial regulatory data
• Experience with financial services analytics
• Python skills are a plus
• Some statistical modeling and research design experience
Compensation and Benefits
The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.
