The Software Automation Engineer will design complex automations, lead efforts, define and implement best practices related to Software Automation. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing automated scripts supporting Agile/Scrum development teams.

JOB DUTIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Models' ethical behavior and executives job responsibilities in accordance with Citizens core values, ethics, and information protection policies.
• Analyze and/or develop moderately complex automation scripts to support the automation framework. Develop, extend and maintain test automation framework.
• Create test data needed to support automation tests
• Prepare, modify and extend automation framework script documentation.
• Generate execution results and metrics for customers.
• Coordinate test environment configuration, deploy and restore processes.
• Design, develop, implement new automated regression test suites. Design, develop, implement automated scripts that perform production data correction.

• Advanced knowledge of using and administering automation testing tools
• Strong understanding of test automation processes and best practices
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, communicate status, be responsive to customer needs and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including technical documentation skills.
• Strong work ethic and demonstrates ownership.
