Software Developer III Position Overview: Be responsible for working closely with Analysts, Architects, QE and OPS for the implementation of Global Billing Solution on the Oracle BRM platform. Demonstrate expertise and functional knowledge to ensure work products and deliverables meet business objectives and best practices.

Work Location: 100% Remote from the continental United States.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop software for enterprise services.
Translating functional requirements into conceptual and detailed designs.
Provide estimates for development effort.
Implementing proof of concept, prototypes, and production-grade software.
Create unit and acceptance tests.
Coordinate sign-off from QA/Test.
Automate deployment; and assisting Operations and Support staff in trouble-shooting software issues, as well as implementing bug fixes.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to colleagues who are unfamiliar with own feature areas.
Use own growth experience to mentor developing colleagues.
Design robust, scalable, secure, and globalized feature.
Identify risks and mitigation for own feature.
Manage dependencies for own feature.

Qualifications:

5+ years of relative experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technology related field required. Experience may substitute for the degree requirement at a ratio of 3 years of experience for each year of education.
Experience with Oracle 7.5
Skilled with Oracle BRM implementations at customer
Ability to code in Java, Java Script and HTML
Experience in developing Policy Opcode
Ability to write PL SQL and Stored Procedure
Skilled with BCUI implementations is a plus

Pay: For applicants working in California, Colorado, Washington, or New York City, we are excited to share the base salary ranges for this position exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonus. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.

The anticipated starting pay range of California, Washington state and New York City applicants for this role is $112,900-$165,550
The anticipated starting pay range of Colorado applicants for this role is $96,800,$142,010

Unless already included in the posted pay range and based on eligibility, the role may include variable compensation in the form of bonus commissions, or other discretionary payments. The discretionary payments are based on company and/or individual performance and may change at any time. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.

Pay: $96,800.00 - $142,100.00 per year
