About the Role:

As a member of the API & Customer Integrations team, you will be responsible for the platform that customers integrate with to launch their health care programs. This includes configuring our systems for individual program needs, helping to ensure programs launch smoothly, and improving upon the core platform to allow faster and smoother onboarding. You'll help distill high level customer feedback into the product roadmap, and thinking through the customer journey and advocating for product enhancements and optimizations. Our technology stack includes: Node.js, Typescript, GraphQL, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, MongoDB, MySQL, React.js.

You’re excited about this opportunity because…

    • You will work with product and ops teams to configure new customer programs, and add features as needed
    • You will support customer engineering teams as they integrate with our platform
    • You will design and develop high quality API and back-end code that improve customer onboarding quality & velocity
    • You will stay current with the latest technologies and best practices and share your findings with the team
    • You will work as part of an agile team across a variety of application domains
    • You will write structured, tested, readable and maintainable code
    • You will participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and distributed knowledge
    • You will have the ability to contribute to each step of the product development process (ideation, implementation, and release)

We’re excited about you because…

    • You have a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
    • You have 3+ years of industry experience with full stack architecture and distributed systems
    • You have API integration experience with third parties and systems architecture/designs is preferred
    • You are familiar with cloud infrastructure such as GCP and AWS
    • You have experience working in a fast-paced environment; continuous deployment, test-driven development, agile methodologiesYou have experience building robust, highly available, and scalable web services
    • You have a passion for using technology to improve the lives of our customers
    • You are excited to solve tough problems that haven’t been solved before
    • You have a desire to work in a collaborative environment with a tight knit team of passionate engineers
Pay Range: $115,000 - $135,000 annually
