Software Engineer - Workday

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who can own development and testing of integrations with Workday and thrive in a highly collaborative environment. This individual would work with a team of engineers, application support, product, business partners, and administrators to efficiently maintain and enhance our existing Workday ecosystem.
Responsibilities
  • 4+ years of integration development experience in Workday (HCM and FINS), using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Enterprise Interface Builder
  • Strong desire to grow your skillset
  • Proficiency with integration technologies such as SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, JSON
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related discipline required or equivalent work experience
  • Adaptability in learning new technologies and roles to meet the needs of a team
  • Willingness to wear multiple hats in an agile team environment
  • Track record of integrity and ethics
  • Ability to deliver quality software with a focus on automation
Qualifications
  • Workday Pro Studio certification or equivalent
  • Familiarity with BIRT, Workday RaaS, Prism, Workday Extend, Workato
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with other programming technologies including Java (Spring) and Javascript (Node.js, Vue.js)
  • Knowledge of cloud services and container technologies including AWS and Docker
  • Excellent decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to consult, perform process mapping, collect customer requirements and deliver the agreed upon solution
  • Experience working closely with a managed service provider and Workday
Education and Years of Experience
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
Preferred
  • Understanding of SLDC
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $100,100 - $242,700 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.
CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
