What You’re Applying For:

You will be working on data curation and the integration of vehicle data gathered from different sources with our internal tools. You will help ensure our system is fast, resilient, scalable, and reliable by providing operational monitoring. You will use your experience with cloud-native software deployment and applied AWS managed solutions to perform work required from DevOps. This work serves as the basis for a memorable customer experience for millions of people to do research and make the most informed decision possible. What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with other software engineers and stakeholders to understand the domain and processes.
• Apply software problem solving skills to build and develop applications and tools that will help improve vehicle data acquisition.
• Lead research, design and implementation projects to uncover areas of optimization and enhance existing data integrations.
• Have the opportunity to work with large language models to help improve the accuracy of vehicle data curation.

What You Need:

• A solid foundation in a programming language like Python or Java.
• Experience working with SQL databases.
• Demonstrated the ability to design and write maintainable software.
• Familiarity with multiple levels of the technology stack from infrastructure to the end user experience.
• Experience working with a cloud environment like AWS
• Experience with databricks and web scraping technologies are a plus.

The compensation range for this position is $113,000 - $169,000 per year. The base pay will take into account internal equity as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
