Role: Software Engineering Manager in Test
The Opportunity
The myFICO engineering team builds software and applications for FICO Scores consumer-facing business. We spend a lot of time building delightful customer experiences on mobile apps, responsive web on the AWS cloud, backed by loads of automation, tooling and monitoring," VP of Software Engineering
What You’ll Contribute

Lead and mentor a team of QA automation and test engineers.

Build and drive test strategies for myFICO's responsive web applications and mobile apps.

Perform code reviews in Java for tests in RESTAssured, Selenium and Appium.

Troubleshoot and fix test failures, performance bottlenecks.

Manage and personally engage in the creation of test plans, test cases and metrics.

Be hands-on and perform QA tasks as and when needed.
What We’re Seeking
-
BS in Computer Science or a related field.

Strong experience in software application development and testing for consumer facing Web and Native mobile apps.

Ability to architect testing solutions and code tests in Java.

Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, Appium, TestNG, and Jenkins.

Experience in working with cloud based test automation services like Sauce or Perfecto.

Deep knowledge of test methodologies, creating test cases and test plans.

Knowledgeable in SQL, Unix, Web application debugging.

Well immersed in Agile and Continuous Delivery to release early and often.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

The targeted base pay range for this role is: $137,000 to $215,000 with this range reflecting differences in candidate knowledge, skills and experience.
