Overview:
The Client Service Technology (CST) QA Coordinator works with QA and application resources to ensure QA efforts are aligned with business needs. This person will require an understanding of the business processes implemented in the system and identify testing needed to properly complete QA as part of ongoing releases.
Daily activities will focus on building an understanding of business requirements and deep understanding of how requirements are built in the related systems.
You will be employed by the Company in the position of QA Coordinator in the Client Service Technology practice. You will report directly to the practice lead or designate. You will perform your work and services for the Company primarily from your home, and at such other locations to which you may be required to travel from time to time in the course of your employment.
Responsibilities:
Duties include the following:

Participate in various business requirements gathering activities to develop an understanding of upcoming development requirements

Act as a Subject Matter Expert in daily QA and bug review meetings
-
Complete ongoing reviews of QA Testing Scripts to ensure alignment with development efforts
-
Maintain ongoing list of test cases and plans for use for various testing activities within the application team
-
Work closely with QA team to clarify any questions about intended functionality
-
Work closely with Functional and Technical resources to understand business requirements and technical design
-
Perform other duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our Organization’s Values
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering or related field + 3 years relevant experience required.

Knowledge of software testing concepts
-
Proficient in Microsoft Suite of Office Products.

Excellent communication skills written and oral
-
Experience working with both business and technical teams
-
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and SharePoint
-
Experience with software testing tools

Knowledge of Scrum Framework

Software Testing

Ability to translate business requirements into test cases

Able to assess if test cases effectively test functionality

Experience working with software QA teams

Understanding of testing requirements for SDLC

Business Systems Analysis:

Ability to read and interpret business requirements and user stories

Good writing skills and the ability to relay complex ideas simply

Ability to tailor communications to audience to ensure appropriate content is shared at different levels of the organization

Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics

Ability to troubleshoot issues with the Dynamics platform and provide this feedback to QA and development teams as required

Organized and able to prioritize and manage their work
