Are you passionate about writing compelling content that grips the attention of a B2B audience? If you are seeking to test your wordsmithing and presentation skills, have great attention to detail, and are self-organized, look no further. As the Content Marketing Manager, you will help research, create, edit, and distribute original content that supports lead gen, thought leadership, product releases, and more to attract and engage with a global audience of travel brands and marketers. You'll support our segment marketing initiatives across hotel, attractions, and tourism by collaborating with marketing, sales, and product marketing teams to plan, write, and execute global content marketing programs and deliverables including; one-pagers, infographics, webinars, executive keynotes, sales presentations, email and social sales templates, seasonal sales packages, integrated marketing campaigns, blog posts and social media. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll be a key player in building our world-class marketing vision, help drive major competitive advantage for Sojern, and work with a really smart, fun group of people. For consideration, please include a link to writing examples or portfolio that demonstrates your writing style or experience Content Marketing Manager will: Help support our segment marketing team and sales teams to grow our business through distribution and marketing of our ever-growing content. Independently research, concept, write, and publish content, both long and short form, that supports our content strategy to raise brand awareness and drive marketing KPIs (impressions, engagement, pageviews, downloads, quality leads). Develop and manage a vertical and regional editorial calendar that can be used to clearly share plans for quarterly, seasonal, and project-based campaigns. Optimize Sojern's newsletter content across the marketing segments and structure on an ongoing basis based on performance metrics and feedback. Support email marketing and nurture campaigns, using our ever-growing content repository to drive customer retention and acquisition. Monitor success metrics of content you produce and make recommendations/adjustments based on global feedback and performance. Suggest customer paths to drive lead gen. Analyze which content assets deliver the biggest impact to the business; share learnings and best practices across teams and departments. Deliver against deadlines and move fast while still being meticulous, on-brand, and conscientious in your work. Ability to work cross-functionally and project manage content that has multiple internal and external stakeholders. Salary Range: $80K -- $100K Minimum Qualification Editorial & Content ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications
