A day in the life as a Manager at this department:

• Manages a portfolio of clients
• Identify client needs, expectations and challenges and recommends solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor and main point of contact for clients, understand their unique risk profiles and business objectives
• Participate in business development, aiming to increase brand awareness and expand the firm’s network and customer base
• Prepare proposals
• Develop and implement comprehensive audit methodologies, policies, and standards to ensure consistency, accuracy, and high-quality outcomes in all audit activities
• Share insights and knowledge with the team and enhance the departments overall expertise
• Reviews audit plans, and day-to-day monitoring of the audit team, and completion of audit assignments
• Coordinates risk assessments and reviews risk registries
• Reviews and complements team’s work
• Reviews and finalizes reports
• Provide expert guidance on regulatory requirements and support clients in establishing and maintaining compliance
• Participates / Leads Capital & Liquidity Assessment projects for LSIs
• Participates / Leads Credit Risk related projects
• Professional and proactive approach to work
• Responsible for billing and collection of fees
• Keep well informed of new audit-related developments and apply international practices and standards
• Deliver excellent client services

What we need for this role:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Audit/Economics/Finance/Mathematic or equivalent
• Master’s Degree in Risk Management/ Internal Audit or other relevant areas is a strong asset
• Certifications Holder of CIA certification is a must have
• Previous Experience: minimum 9 years of works experience in advisory or in financial services, in the areas of internal audit or Risk Management will be considered as a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in Greek and English language,
• Very strong MS Office skills
