• Experience in VM design or related creative role
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, 3D modeling software, and rendering software
• Understanding of branding and graphic storytelling in the retail environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Responsibilities

• Support the development of Global Visual Merchandising guidelines for New Product Launches and Marketing Campaigns
• Translate and adapt GTM design concepts into VM spaces through sketches and 3D renderings
• Scale VM concepts across different formats in support of regional business needs
• Maintain brand design standards across all touch points
• Organize and prepare 3D VM design files for release to regional partners

Education

• BA/BS/BFA degree in Graphic Design, Interior Design, Environmental Design, or Architecture
