The Solana Foundation Product team is responsible for working with internal and external teams to build tooling, infrastructure and scaffolds that help builders create better products across the ecosystem. The product team works full-stack to find solutions to acute problems and find collaboration opportunities to build standards, working groups and provision grants where appropriate.
Solana Foundation is seeking a highly driven Product Engineer to join our Product team. The ideal candidate is driven, product-minded and committed to finding a balance between quality and shipping. You will work with the internal product organization on building new scaffolds, templates and big product idea we’re working on in 2025. As a small team within a larger org, we’re generalists who can slot smaller projects into a bigger picture.
Build user and business-facing products with elegant and scalable UI components
Work with internal product and engineering teams to identify open source frontend gaps in Solana and remedy through tool development
Assist in the continued development of Solana Wallet Adapter, UIKit and product microsites
Work with product team to build new products and open source scaffolds
Develop an open source component library usable by the Solana Foundation and broader ecosystem
5+ years experience as a full stack or frontend engineer
Experience build modern react frontends using typescript, ailwind, shadcn, radix, motion, etc
Experience working with blockchain and blockchain based-tooling (Solana experience preferred but not required)
