Your Role Are you someone who wants to drive business results and develop a team in your career? As a Manager, Customer Renewals you'll have a significant impact on the growth of our business through leading a team and customer retention.We look for candidates whoarecompetent and committed to the SolarWinds mission and display exemplary attitude. Responsibilities Your Impact Protect recurring annual revenue (ARR, ACV) by retaining/renewing existing customers. Effectively manage a collection of Subscription Renewal Sales teams and individuals to their weekly, monthly, and quarterly quotas or goals. Provide timely and accurate forecasts to your Sr. Managers, Directors, and VPs across the Global Renewals team - where you need to be able to discuss Attainment, Tracking To, Gaps, and your Game Plan to get the team (or an individual) to quota. Navigate our CRMs (NetSuite, Salesforce) and other applications (like Tableau) to help manage your book(s) of business from a 10,000-foot view down to a deal specific view - i.e. identifying pipeline risk to quickly set up a GAP plan for your rep or the team, monitoring your group's daily activity (phone calls, acct touches) to ensure we are producing the right output to be successful, and getting into the actual deals/discussions to make a difference. Working closely with other cross-functional management teams in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Legal, Finance, Collections, Customer Service, Accounting, and Support. Consistency with your team(s) -- one-on-ones, team meetings, big deal reviews, real-time feedback, onboarding/training, coaching, career development, goal setting, staying available/active on TEAMS, and being quick to get on the phone to help win-back customers. Qualifications Your Experience Core Competencies:
Must be a strong leader - one who gets the job done, inspires/motivates others, develops the next superstars of the company, wants to get on the phone with reps to solve problems, etc. Must be a clear and effective communicator and negotiator Must show experience setting and achieving business goals, objectives/strategies, and quotas Must be a hard worker, able to multi-task or wear many hats, and solve problems. Ability to read, digest, and communicate sales numbers Ability to quickly resolve customer concerns/objections Ability to understand, communicate, and action business concepts Ability to adapt to a changing business environment Speaking Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years in a quota carrying role with a track record of achievement/success. Minimum of 4 years of management experience in sales, retention/renewals, or customer success with a track record of achievement. Must have experience selling (or working with) subscription licenses and/or renewals. Must have a track record of executing a team to a number/quota. Proven ability to interview, identify talent, an onboard-train-develop that talent. Proven experience and success working in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
