Solomon Page, an award-winning, specialty, niche provider of staffing and executive search solutions across a wide array of functions and industries, is actively seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join its Corporate Marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will assist in implementing strategic communication through web, email, and social as well as collaborate on sales support materials and collateral such as decks, brochures, and RFPs. This is a great opportunity for a recent college graduate to gain experience in a corporate role, where you will support all facets of the firm in a marketing capacity.• Salary: $45k - $55kThe Marketing Coordinator will assist the Corporate Marketing team with a wide variety of projects, on both a marketing and administrative level. Projects include, but are not limited to:• Sourcing and scheduling content for social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)• Developing content for the bi-weekly intranet email and corresponding web pages• Branding PowerPoint presentations for client meetings• Facilitating logistics for tradeshows and internal company events• Assist in developing and executing email marketing campaigns• Ordering and distributing promotional items• Writing, editing, and proofreading various forms of content, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, and email campaignsThis individual can expect to work independently, and in a team, to learn how to apply creative concepts in a corporate setting, while gaining marketing and administrative skills. Must be a self-starter and proactive, as the Corporate Marketing team is highly efficient and works quickly, both independently and collaboratively.
