Our client, a leading Miami-based advertising agency is seeking a Social Media Content Creator / Specialist for a new temp-to-perm opportunity. You will join a dynamic agency to work on new and exciting projects in the pipeline, this agency is the perfect place for ambitious individuals to thrive. As the Social Media Specialist and Content Creator, you will assist the Director with all aspects of social media including going to events to shoot content, video editing, creating graphics and GIFs, writing content, managing social media channels, executing social media campaigns and creating content calendars. The Social Media Specialist is an excellent writer and digital media producer who will work with a collaborative cross-functional team in implementing social media strategies and tactics for a variety of brands while managing specific channels and communities.Responsibilities:Create social media content including shooting, editing, creating reels and assets.Write content for social media posts, captions and copy.Act as the primary point of contact for client, understanding their business goals, and maintaining strong, positive relationships.Attend onsite events and video shoots.Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, digital, and account management, to ensure seamless execution of social media campaigns.Execute and manage paid and organic social media projects ensuring they align with client objectives and consistent brand voice across all platforms.Support the creation of engaging and shareable content for various social media channels, staying updated with the latest trends and algorithms.Execute on new initiatives for Meta/Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.Ensure final deliverables meet quality standards, specs, brand guidelines, and the brief.Required Qualifications:3+ years of experience developing and executing social media content and digital marketing campaigns within an agency or corporate environment or for an established brand.Skilled in shooting and editing social media videos.Experience developing and overseeing social media content calendars.Experience with developing engaging and targeted content across various platforms including Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook/Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and more.Experience developing impactful social media copy tailored to a B2C audience.Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to identify and implement optimizations in content, scheduling, and boosting.Ability to go onsite to events to shoot content and attend video shoots.Must be local to South Florida, have the ability to start in the month of September and work 40 hours a week, temp-to-perm.Skilled in Premiere Pro, Canva, Photoshop, Lightroom.Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
