Graebel Companies, Inc is seeking a passionate technical leader with strong Application development experience to provide expert technical direction, leadership/mentorship, and support for mission critical application development projects. This position is accountable for overall solution and technical architecture on ServicEngine development projects.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Provides technical leadership to project team members supporting the delivery of solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring a consistent technical (including IT Security) architecture. May require jumping in whenever a gap occurs.
• Mentor team members and help them grow in their careers
• Works with Product Owners/Teams to understand business requirements and creates technical architectures that meets these requirements

• Collaborate with IT leaders to define the future IT ecosystem that will enable us to deliver on the needs of the business
• Create and document innovative solution prototypes when presented with business problems that require innovated solutions

Required Skills:

• A passion for technology
• Experience developing on the ServicEngine platform
• Experience with the following (or similar): AngularJS, VB.Net, Web Forms, SQL Server
• Expert knowledge in Software Engineering principles and architecture frameworks
• Solid understanding of secure coding and application security patterns

Required Experience:

• 7+ years related experience and/or training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Anticipated Salary and Benefits Summary - $130k-160k in Colorado. Note: Disclosure as required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum salary compensation range for this role when being hired into our offices in Colorado. Compensation in different markets will be based upon that market.
