Solution Consultant

Fuel50 is experiencing high growth and market demand, in combination with the Talent Marketplace platform category maturing from a’ visionary solution’ to a ‘must-consider’ platform for organizations facing talent supply, internal mobility and retention challenges. The Solution Consultant is both a tactical and strategic resource in the Solution Consulting team, focused on solution sales, RFP/RFI review and response, product-specific Q&A support, demonstrations, and competitive analysis. This role is highly interactive, working closely with sales executives, RFP/proposal management and solution consultants, and other SMEs in Product, Engineering, Workforce Architecture, Onboarding and Client Transformation Solutions.

As a Solution consultant you will:

  • Articulate and demonstrate the value of Workforce Architecture and Talent Marketplace Applications to Fuel50 prospect customers.
  • Leverage your deep functional domain and SaaS enterprise software product knowledge, providing differentiating RFP/RFI responses, presentations, and Fuel50 product demonstrations, in partnership with our sales teams, to prospect customers throughout the sales cycle, achieving ‘the technical win’.
  • Create innovative, engaging and deep-dive demo presentations with a clear and concise value message for Fuel50’s prospects
  • Answer product feature and technical questions from customers, partners and Fuel50 colleagues
  • Provide feedback to product management about product enhancements that can address customer needs and guide additional value
  • Share and learns best practices, playbooks, and processes with SC team to enhance the quality and efficiency of the team
  • Use data-driven metrics to communicate results, make decisions, and calibrate team strategy
  • Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation and contributes to the evolution of our competitive insights playbooks
  • Support marketing events (online and in-person)

Requirements

  • At least 8 years+ experience in a customer-facing functional or technical role (e.g. Presales/Solutions Consultant, RFP/proposal writing, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services or People Practitioner) ideally in the (HR) SaaS space
  • Deeply curious, with superb oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills working with multiple customers. You possess the ability to switch context quickly throughout the day with various competing demands and attention to detail.
  • Experience at our current stage and beyond ($10-50M ARR range, high growth, agile and scaling processes)
  • Team player attitude. Knows how to communicate with diplomacy and tact and has innate ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Questions the status quo to stimulate progress and continuously looks for new methods or processes to make things happen.
  • Experience with tools & technologies such as RFPIO or Loopio, Demostack, Consensus, Vivun, Camtasia, and/or Reprise, preferred
  • Ability to tell a compelling value story

This role is 100% remote and will require some travel.
