About the Role

Coda is looking for fantastic makers to join our Solutions team ー individuals who are world class in identifying and unpacking the important problems that plague how teams operate and then can build a Coda solution that addresses them. As a Solutions Architect, you'll have a unique opportunity work with thought leaders, our user community, and social influencers alike to build and bring these solutions to market. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to execute strategies that bring Coda docs to the masses! You will report to the Head of SPMB at Coda.

In this role you will:

• Identify compelling and high-value use cases in target user segments, using a mix of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Work with thought leaders to translate their best ideas into compelling Coda solutions.
• Build remarkable Coda docs that address these use cases ー solutions that are obviously better than alternatives.
• Write compelling and descriptive overviews of solutions given an understanding of the language and keywords needed to attract an audience.
• Develop creative and targeted campaigns to bring these docs to market ー digitally or otherwise.
• Capture and synthesize product feedback related to a given solution, making recommendations that increase their appeal or usability.

You may be a great fit for this role if:

• 4+ years of experience in content marketing, community management, influencer marketing, or solutions teams
• Proficiency in Excel, Sheets, SQL, or other spreadsheet/database tools used to structure data
• Experience building useful tools, either for your own productivity or for the needs of your team
• Community-building mindset ー someone who participates actively in interest group or technology forums
• Proficiency in content marketing strategies and SEO a plus
