Solutions Consultant

Reporting into the Lead Solutions Consultant, the Solutions Consultant will support the sales organization by providing technical expertise throughout prospect and customer evaluations. We are looking for someone who is driven, comfortable with ambiguity and minimal structure, and excited to define the future at a rapidly growing startup in the digital privacy space. Ideal applicants will exhibit a strong commercial orientation and a skillset that blends business acumen, storytelling expertise, and technical aptitude. You'll Own:

  • Supporting DataGrail Account Executives to secure the technical win in assigned sales
opportunities
  • Collaborating with the EPD organization to propose solutions for non-standard use
cases and technical requirements for assigned opportunities
  • Documenting and mitigating technical risks in assigned opportunities to facilitate a
smooth onboarding experience for our newest customers
  • Communicating DataGrail's strong security posture to technical approvers both through
presentation and completion of infosec assessments in assigned opportunities

consultative approach to delivering best-in-class customer evaluation experiences

You'll Teach:

  • The organization how to creatively position DataGrail as the platform of choice across a variety of uses cases.
  • New account executives the art and science of presenting a complex SaaS solution to
technical and non-technical buyers.

You'll Learn:

  • The global privacy landscape and the challenges it presents to companies of all shapes
and sizes.
  • How to mentor new solutions consultants to help us build a world-class organization
capable of serving companies and industries across the globe.
  • Best practice storytelling and process improvement approaches
  • Whatever else you'd like to; DataGrail has established mentorship programs and actively works to ensure everyone is able to be consistently learning and developing
