We are looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented candidate interested in the intersection of product and retail/fashion to join our team as a Solutions Consultant. The ideal candidate has 2+ years experience managing B2B customer relationships at a tech company, incredible communication skills, and cross-functional experience across engineering, product and sales teams. As a first Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for onboarding our clients onto the Ghost marketplace, leading training sessions with internal and external stakeholders to maximize use of the platform, and serve as a bridge between Sales and Product/Engineering functions at Ghost. Ghost is headquartered in Los Angeles, California.
