About the Role

As a Solutions Engineer, you will be a part of the growing Customers team working to build solutions for our customer's most complex challenges that create value and impact. You will partner with Account Executives, Customer Success, Product and other key areas to help make Coda the default doc for every business user. You will report directly to the Solutions Engineering leader.

In this role you will:

• Partner with Account Executives to help build compelling and creative solutions that solve real-world challenges
• Work as a trusted advisor with prospects and customers to help them evaluate our platform
• Drive the discovery process with empathy to uncover pains and challenges
• Use your Coda knowledge to identify new use cases to promote adoption
• Influence product direction by being the voice of the customer internally
• Contribute to and help build a world class SE organization

You may be a great fit for this role if:

• You have 2+ years of solutions engineering or solutions consulting experience
• You have extensive customer-facing experience in SaaS sales
• You have the ability to empathize with the pain points of potential customers and inspire them to adopt Coda to solve their business problems
• You have excellent written and communication skills
