Content Strategist (m/f/d)

as Working Student (20h per week)

We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious upcoming Content Strategist, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make impact. Are you ready to build the future of Creator Marketing with us?

This role is crucial in ensuring and evolving the high standards of our content review system, with at least half of your time dedicated to Quality Management. Otherwise you will focus on data-supported analysis & research projects and testing our product features and metrics to support strategic initiatives.

Your Responsibilities:

• Quality Management: Daily review of content submitted by SongPush creators and continuous evolvement of our content standards & feedback mechanisms

• Analysis, Reporting, Research: Write data reports, conduct market, competitor, platform & creator research and support analysis projects

• Testing & Debugging: Regular testing of platform features and measurement models, with a proactive approach to identify improvement opportunities

Your Background:

• Content Platform Familiarity: Strong understanding of popular content platforms like TikTok and Instagram, including trends, user behavior, and content standards

• Interest in Strategy & Analytics: No fear around Google Sheets, with an eagerness to further develop a growing skillset

• Proactive & Solutions oriented: You have a drive to create impact through focus, as well as a will for continuous improvement and effectively giving feedback

• Educational Background: Pursuing a degree in a field near Business, Marketing, Media Studies, Communications or Data Science

• DE & EN Language: Proficiency in both German and English, the role involves analyzing and communicating in both languages

• Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with data reporting & metrics

  • Being based in Berlin, with the ability to work from our Kreuzberg office at least once per week
