Construction Project Coordinator I
Sonic is committed to building a faster, more affordable internet and is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist with the coordination of construction projects in the Los Angeles market.
Skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Adobe PDF, and Outlook
- Understanding of construction project lifecycle
- Knowledge of permitting and utility regulations
- Strong customer service and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day project management activities
- Prepare purchase order requests and monitor construction tracking
- Deliver permit applications and fees to complete requests
- Manage the closeout process and ensure project compliance
- Schedule traffic control and monitor permit expirations
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
