Join our dynamic U.S. Marketing team at Sorare and dive into the thrilling world of sports, digital collectibles, and fantasy games. As a Social Media Intern focused on US Sports, you'll be at the heart of our engagement strategy, helping to grow our community and brand presence across various platforms. This role offers the unique opportunity to blend your passion for sports with cutting-edge social media trends, contributing to campaigns that captivate and grow our user base.
Working closely with our marketing and content teams, you'll help execute strategies that resonate with our audience, focusing on NBA, MLB, and MLS fans, especially during major events like the MLB All-Star Game and the NBA Draft (not to mention you'll get to attend 👀😉). Whether it's crafting compelling posts, analyzing performance metrics, or staying ahead of the latest sports trends, your work will directly impact Sorare's visibility and fan engagement in the US market. This will be a 3 month summer internship.
Develop and schedule engaging content across multiple social media platforms tailored to our diverse sports communities
Monitor social media trends and fan discussions to ensure our content is timely, relevant, and engaging
Assist in managing community interactions by responding to comments and participating in discussions to build our brand presence
Collaborate with the content team to create innovative media strategies that enhance our market positioning and user engagement
Analyze and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize our strategies
Support the marketing team in organizing and executing live events and digital campaigns
Learn about the digital collectibles market to improve your understanding and effectiveness in role-related tasks
Has a strong passion for sports, especially US-based leagues (NBA, MLB, MLS), and is knowledgeable about current teams and players
Has a genuine interest in the web3 space
Possesses excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to convey excitement and engagement through text and visuals
Demonstrates a keen understanding of social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and management tools
Shows an aptitude for teamwork and collaboration, working effectively with multiple teams to achieve project goals
Brings creativity and innovation to content creation and social media strategy
Is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines
Previous experience in social media or digital marketing, especially within the sports or entertainment industries, is a plus
