Accounts Payable Accountant

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will not only be an indispensable part of our Accounts Payables team, but also the hero of our accounting department.

Your tasks in our Accounts Payables team will include:

· Managing all incoming invoices as part of the accounts team.

· Ensuring timely payments (payment runs and manual payments).

· Ensuring that all supplier invoices are posted on time and that supplier accounts, including open items, are cleared.

· Handling travel and expense accounting for all our colleagues.

· Posting bank and credit card statements.

· Developing and automating processes in addition to your daily tasks.

What you should bring with you:

· A degree in business administration or commercial training.

· Initial practical experience in accounting.

· Knowledge of DATEV or other accounting tools is an advantage.

· Understanding of the tax basics of employee benefits and travel expenses.

· A conscientious, independent, and structured way of working.

· A commitment to the principle, "You build it, you run it."

· Fluency in German and English.

· Basic knowledge of HGB and IFRS.

· Ability to stay focused on deadlines and ad hoc challenges.
