Corporate Sales Development Representative - Nordics (m/f/d)

Our Nordics team is seeking a motivated Corporate Sales Development Representative to drive our growth in the Corporate sector (1,000–5,000 employees) across the Nordics region. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both remotely and from our modern, centrally located office in Amsterdam.

If you aspire to become an Account Executive, a clear career path awaits you, with the transition typically achievable in 9 to 15 months. Your progression will depend entirely on your efforts and achievements. We’ll equip you with all the tools, guidance, and mentoring needed to reach your development goals.

Your Mission:

  • Initiating contact with decision-makers at the C-level and in IT security

  • Proactively approaching potential new customers through various channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Presenting our cutting-edge solutions to potential clients and at events

  • Collaborating with experienced Account Executives to close new deals

  • Generating valuable sales opportunities and qualified leads for the sales team

  • Qualifying inbound leads and identifying high-potential clients for further follow-up

Your profile:

  • At least 6 months of experience in a similar SDR/BDR role, preferably in a B2B tech environment

  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in client conversations

  • The ability to work in an organised and goal-oriented manner, even under pressure

  • A growth mindset and determination to tackle challenges and advance in your career

  • A performance-driven attitude with a strong focus on achieving results

  • Fluency in Swedish or Danish as well as English
