Temporary AVP, HR Business Partner

Sotheby’s is seeking a Temporary AVP, HR Business Partner to drive HR strategy aligned with business needs, work closely with global HR teams, and advocate for talent agenda.

Skills

HR consultation to senior leadership
Understanding of HR programs and processes
Knowledge of employment laws impact on HR
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders
Enhance organizational effectiveness and design
Develop people and culture strategies aligned with company goals
Lead global implementation of people and culture dimensions
Advocate for talent agenda and diversity & inclusion
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition for workforce planning

Education

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field

Benefits

Hourly rate: $50 - $75 with potential overtime pay
