Senior Product Manager | CONTRACT

As a Senior Product Manager at Soul Machines, you will have a transformative role in shaping our B2B product offerings. 

Your primary focus will be evolving insights from our existing Products into a scalable enterprise-grade solution. This involves balancing exceptional user experience, enterprise security, and executing a new 0-1 web app build strategy. 

Scope:

• Tailor insights from our AI Assistant Gallery into future product iterations, paving the path for enterprise adoption.
• Spearhead the development of our AI Agent Workforce Hub, catering to enterprise markets.
• Work closely with engineering to oversee the execution of the new web app build, aligning with our long-term interactive agents' vision.

What You'll Do:

• Engage with pioneer customers, to effectively onboard and validate product requirements.
• Define and execute a balanced roadmap that integrates enterprise security with intuitive user experiences.
• Identify and prioritize enterprise-specific requirements extracted from over 7 years of experience in building Digital People.

What You'll Bring:

• 4+ years in product management, specializing in taking product concepts to enterprise-level deployment.
• Strong UX instincts, focusing on GUI and user flow designs to enhance product usability.
• A strategic mindset with analytical, organizational, and communication prowess to articulate customer needs clearly.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-focused solutions, emphasizing security, compliance, and streamlined customer onboarding.
• Comfort and agility in a start-up environment, contributing to both cultural and business growth.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with creating and scaling SaaS platforms, particularly in a creator-driven or Web3 context.
• Enthusiasm for advancing AI technology to deepen user engagement within the metaverse.
• A robust understanding of creator marketplaces, developer tools, and platforms.
