Regional Sales Manager - Western Iowa

Sound Agriculture is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to grow a dealer network for its flagship nutrient efficiency product line, SOURCE. This role demands an engaging professional who is passionate about agriculture and has a strong background in B2B sales.

Responsibilities

Build and execute plans to achieve sales goals in assigned territory
Work with existing dealers to retain SOURCE customers
Break into new dealer accounts in the territory
Uncover sales opportunities with tenacity
Train Dealers on new products
Manage operational budget and marketing funds
Use Salesforce for tracking activities
