About this role
🔍 What we're looking for
We are looking for a highly-skilled and ambitious backend engineer with 5+ years of developing scalable platform solutions. You need to be super pumped about building AI native products to make immigration easy. You will own the platform end-to-end, partner with frontend engineers to deliver products features and scale our platform by 100x. We need you to be in the 99th percentile of having a “can-do” attitude.
✅ Responsibilities
Work closely with the founding team and early customers to build a world-class AI-powered product.
Architect, develop and maintain the server-side logic, databases, APIs, and other backend processes to meet application requirements.
Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration of user-facing elements.
Engage in the entire application lifecycle and hold high bar for coding, debugging, and deploying with an emphasis on high-quality, scalable code.
5 - 15 years of experience
backend development experience. Should have developed products built on top of LLMs/ML.

Our entire team works between 9 am and 8 pm Pacific Time and 5 days a week. We try to leave the weekend to our team to recharge and spend time with their family. For exceptional candidates, we are open to hybrid/remote.
