By eliminating traditional export barriers, we streamline the entire process into a seamless solution, unlocking new revenue opportunities and maximizing dealer profitability. Signal is the essential engine driving cross-border vehicle exports while capturing high-margin revenue throughout the lifecycle.

Job Summary

As a Signal Account Executive, you will engage with dealers who have already shown interest in our platform and services, eliminating the need for cold calling or lead hunting. You will be the primary point of contact during their onboarding, leading them through a structured process designed to help them quickly adopt and maximize the benefits of the Signal platform. Your role includes providing personalized training, support, and strategic guidance to ensure successful integration of our innovative solutions into their daily operations.

Responsibilities

Dealer Onboarding

  • Walk dealers through our Fast Start Program, a step-by-step onboarding process designed to accelerate their adoption of the Signal platform.

Training & Support

  • Conduct engaging training sessions and one-on-one walkthroughs tailored to each dealer’s unique needs.

Relationship Building

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout their journey.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure dealer feedback is incorporated into platform improvements.

Performance Monitoring

  • Track dealer progress and performance metrics, proactively offering solutions to help them succeed.

Performance & Revenue Growth

  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets and performance metrics, ensuring dealer success and driving business growth.

Continuous Improvement

  • Collect insights and feedback to continuously refine the Fast Start Program and enhance the overall dealer experience.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or automotive industries.

Communication Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Sales Performance

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.

Self-Motivation

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a remote environment.

Industry Knowledge (Preferred)

  • Experience selling to dealerships or automotive businesses is a plus.
